Terms and Conditions

You may NOT:

- claim any images or coding as your own
- images may not be altered and then claimed as your own
- coding that I have edited may not be altered, or used for monetary gain. Alter coding without my permission violates these terms and will require you to remove all coding and images that I have installed and remove my credits.
- use any image or coding for anything else without my permission first. This includes business cards, labels of any kind, etsy store fronts, etc

Payments/Fees

- a non refundable deposit is required for all blog designs.
- the remainder of the balance will be billed to you upon your approval of the design AND before the design is installed.
- payment is accepted through PayPal ONLY.
- additional fees that come from istock images, digital/scrapbooking kits, etc will be added onto the design fee. I will always tell you of these additional fees up front and will require your approval beforehand
- Once final approval has been given and the design has been installed you have 10 days to request any edits or changes. After this time period, any edits or changes are subjected to additional fees at my discretion.

Refunds

- the design deposit is non-refundable
- a refund will be issued on a case by case basis and will not include any and all charges that came from istock images, kits that I have purchased for your design, as well as any PayPal fees that I have incurred.

Credits

- you are required to display my credits, as well as the credits from istock images, digitial/scrapbooking kits etc, for as long as you use the blog design I have created. If the credits are removed, ALL of the design/edits/images that I have installed must also be removed and your template set back to a blogger template.

Privacy

- Genesee Baker Designs promises not to share any of your contact information for any reason.
- Genesee Baker Designs promises not to share any of your login information required for blog design. If you are worried about sharing your password, please change it to something temporary, or change it once the blog design has been installed.

Permissions:

- you allow Genesee Baker Designs to post a screen shot under the portfolio tab of this site. The screen shot will link back to your blog unless you request it not to do so.

Giveaways:

- in addition to any rules listed with the giveaway, any images or design/scrapbooking kits are NOT included unless stated otherwise.


Copyright:

- Designs created by Genesee Baker Designs are protected under the Creative Commons Copyright.

Other:

- Genesee Baker Designs is not accountable for any lost, moved, or deleted images. Photobucket accounts must be logged into every 90 days to keep it active.
- Genesee Baker Designs is not accountable for any personal information you put on your blog, or any personal information that you have me put on your blog. Basic safety precautions should always be followed.

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your design. Please DO NOT HESITATE to ask question or offer your own suggestions.
